Archery at Barefoot Bushcraft in Fonthill, Ontario
Archery lessons Niagara at Barefoot Bushcraft give you more than target practice — it’s a journey into focus, instinct, and self-reliance. Our archery lessons in Niagara connect you to the ancient skill of the bow, blending precision with the spirit of the wild.
Drawing a bowstring, feeling the tension, and releasing with intention teaches more than aim — it trains patience, control, and confidence. Whether your goal is hunting, self-reliance, or the pure joy of hitting the mark, archery strengthens both body and mind.
🔥 Archery is the Ultimate Skill of Warriors, Hunters, and Survivors
For thousands of years, the bow meant the difference between life and death, freedom and oppression, victory and defeat. From Samurai and Vikings to Mongols and Indigenous hunters, every great warrior culture mastered archery.
They didn’t do it for weekend fun — they did it to survive, to win, to sharpen the mind like a blade.
👉 At Barefoot Bushcraft, we don’t just teach archery — we forge archers.
This isn’t an indoor range with plastic bows and paper targets. This is real, instinctive archery, taught outdoors in the elements. It’s the kind of training that sharpens your senses, strengthens your body, and awakens your primal instincts.
👉 At Barefoot Bushcraft, we don’t teach archery. We forge archers.

Barefoot Bushcraft acknowledges the land on which we gather was the historic territory of the Haudenosaunee and Anishinaabe peoples, many of whom continue to live and work here today. This territory is covered by the Upper Canada Treaties and is within the land protected by the Dish With One Spoon Wampum agreement. Today this gathering place is home to many First Nations, Métis, and Inuit peoples and acknowledging reminds us that our great standard of living is directly related to the resources and friendship of Indigenous peoples.
